The part that decides the project
Choosing the track before the order, not after. Tuya gets a branded app live in weeks at almost no cost — but the data lives in Tuya's cloud and every competitor can buy the same stack. A private platform costs more and takes longer, and is the only version a brand can build a subscription business on. We quote both and say plainly which fits.
